Radio frequencies (RF) are used in aesthetic dermatology to treat cellulite and mild to moderate skin sagging of the face and body.
This is a technique in which radio waves are emitted through electrodes. This leads to an increase in the temperature of the tissues in the area, to contraction and restructuring of collagen and elastin in the deeper layers of the skin and adipose tissue. The heat, that is, that is produced is transferred to the deeper layers of the skin and adipose tissue and activates the metabolism of fat, stimulating the production of collagen by fibroblasts. The result is an improvement in skin texture, tightening, lipolysis and skin toning.
Results-person
On the face, RF treatment leads to neck contour restoration and skin tightening. It is also applied during the summer months and usually requires 8 sessions with an interval of one week. Ideally, RF treatment can be combined with thread lift, at least 3 months after the end of the treatment, in order to have the best results.
Application
During the application of radio frequencies, you will feel a local, tolerable heat and possibly mild redness of the skin. This will subside very quickly.
Repetition;
After the first 3-4 sessions, you will start to see a difference, while an average of 10 sessions are required to see the desired result. Usually, one session is performed per week.
